Computers are becoming increasingly important in creative fields including science, music, architecture, and fine arts. In fact, a computer can already be used as a canvas, a brush, a musical instrument, etc. But we think that the connections between computers and creativity need to be more ambitious. We might consider the computer to be a creative force in and of itself rather than just a tool to assist human creators.
A brand-new genre of digital art is pushing the boundaries of inventiveness and upending how art is created. AI art is the result of a partnership between an artist and an AI system, although the degree of autonomy can vary greatly and the final product is highly dependent on the caliber of the data the AI learns from.
What is AI Art?
Artificial intelligence (AI) is a tool that can be used to create art. The goal of artificial intelligence, a subfield of computer science, is to create machines or programs that can emulate or mimic human intelligence. AI has been used in various applications, including data mining, machine learning, robotics, medical diagnosis and treatment, and many others.
In order to produce AI-generated art, artists use artificial intelligence as a tool for creativity and collaborate with algorithms to establish precise guidelines that allow computers to examine hundreds of photos and understand a certain creation process, such as a particular aesthetic or style. Then, in order to create new works, the algorithms generate original forms, shapes, figures, and patterns. Along with machines, AI artists work with innovative programmers, statisticians, computer scientists, and neuroscientists to create machines that push the limits of human creativity.
How to Make AI Art
AI art can be produced in a variety of ways. It is possible to create images in other people’s styles, create original visuals solely from word descriptions, or even start a path to learn creative coding and create art entirely from code.
As a proof of concept I create a series o artworks based on quotes from well-known authors that mimic the human mind to generate a never-ending stream of unique artworks.
The WOMBO mobile and browser application was used to produce each piece of art. The program makes use of two machine learning techniques that pair a neural network for image generation with an algorithm for text description interpretation. Each iteration of both algorithms produces a different result since they both learn from the previous one.
What is the Role of an Artist?
An artist is a person who produces unique works of art. Installations, sculptures, paintings, sketches, ceramics, performances, photos, videos, and other forms of art are all acceptable. A means of communicating a universal emotion is through the arts. An artist has the capacity to be sensitive to things and to convey this through gesture, color, or painting.
Some artists may use their artistic endeavors as a means of self-expression and to convey their emotions and ideas. The creative process itself may be more significant to certain people than the final product.

What is the Future of Art with AI?
AI has given art a new lease of existence. It has survived its creators and acquired fresh significance in virtual environments.
Art has traditionally been thought of as a way to capture the era in which it was created. With AI, it may now also be viewed through a science fiction lens. Artificial intelligence (AI) can be used to build futuristic notions like cyborgs or artificial intelligence.
On the other hand, this creative spirit is molded, inspired, and developed throughout the course of the person’s life. A person’s perspective of his or her existence and environment can be used to create a new work through artistic production. The idea that artificial intelligence is capable of producing an interpretation of what it learns to create its own idea of a concept can then be considered.
Artificial intelligence will create art based on its learning and the images it encounters, just like a human artist. The source of an artificial intelligence’s experiences is what sets it apart from an artist. An artist will thrive and cultivate creativity in an environment that is unpredictable. In contrast, the artificial intelligence will depend on the artist and be used as a tool because the artist will set the environment and the learning rules for it. He will train artificial intelligence to create a distinctive work of art that reflects its author, much like an artist trains his hand to use a brush to paint.

Today, more than ever before, the conversation and the notion we identify with our work matter more than the end product, just like it does with any form of art. The creative process of the artist must be able to support the application of AI.
So to sum it up, the realm of artificial intelligence has recently seen scientific breakthroughs that have sparked the creation of new algorithms and high-performance technologies. For artists, the increasing interaction between people and artificial intelligence as a tool gives fresh opportunities for inspiration. However, AI is and will remain a tool for the artist, and will not replace the artist.
